Palestine]; what then is the purpose of 'habitations', which the Divine Law wrote? — A disciple said on R. Ishmael's authority: Since it is written, And if a man have committed a sin worthy of death and he be put to death,<span class="x" onmousemove="('comment',' Deut. XXI, 22. ');">¹⁴</span>
