אלא אפילו למאן דאמר נדרים ונדבות אין קריבין ביום טוב הכתיב מעם מזבחי מזבחי המיוחד לי ומאי נינהו תמיד ואמר רחמנא (שמות כא, יד) מעם מזבחי תקחנו למות:
