אמרו לו לדבריך מי שבא ואמר עכשיו הרגו אומר לו באיזה יום באיזה שעה באיזה מקום

we infer [the same requirement for charges punishable by] strangulation a minori from cases punishable by stoning or decapitation.<span class="x" onmousemove="('comment',' Strangulation is regarded as a milder form of death than the former two, hence the seven questions are certainly necessary there.
