מיתיבי כל מקום שיעידוהו שנים ויאמרו מעידין אנו באיש פלוני שנגמר דינו בב"ד פלוני ופלוני ופלוני עדיו הרי זה יהרג תרגמא שמואל בהן הן עדיו
