R. Ashi said: In general I may hold that there is no liability, but here it is different, because there is nothing concrete at all.<span class="x" onmousemove="('comment',' Mere fragrance is not a concrete object; hence the utensil cannot be subordinate to it, but is an independent article, for which liability is incurred.
