ותניא איזהו נגר הנגרר שנועלין בו במקדש אבל לא במדינה כל שקשור ותלוי וראשו מגיע לארץ ר' יהודה אומר זה אף במדינה מותר אלא איזהו שבמדינה אסור כל שאינו לא קשור ולא תלוי ושומטו ומניחו בקרן זוית
