והא אמרי נהרדעי גבינה בת יומא מעליא הכי קאמרי דאפילו גבינה בת יומא מעליא:

Abaye's mother used to make a lining<span class="x" onmousemove="('comment',' Lit., 'covering'. ');">²¹</span> for half [the haluk].<span class="x" onmousemove="('comment',' I.e., she left the seam or selvedge on the inner side, but lined it half way down, so that it should not touch the membrum.
