אלא מעתה שרביב בגלימא טפח ה"נ דמיחייב אלא לא קשיא הא דמיהדק הא דלא מיהדק

And it was said only if it does not descend a handbreadth below the bed; but if it descends a handbreadth below the bed, it is forbidden.
