ואין יוצאין במנעל חדש באיזה מנעל אמרו במנעל של אשה

but he may go out with [too] large a shirt. A woman must not go out with a gaping shoe,<span class="x" onmousemove="('comment',' Rashi. Jast.: 'a flappy (outworn) shoe' — either because she may be laughed at and so she will take it off' (Rashi), or it fall off, and she come to carry it. ');">⁷</span>
