אלא הוא דאמר כר"ש כדתנן סאה תרומה שנפלה למאה ולא הספיק להגביה עד שנפלה אחרת הרי זו אסורה ור"ש מתיר

— R. Judah agrees with R. Eliezer, who maintains: The <i>terumah</i> lies as a [separate] entity.<span class="x" onmousemove="('comment',' Since one part is to be removed, it is as though the terumah therein lay separate and distinct, and therefore the whole mixture is fit for use in any case.
