אמר ליה אי תניתא חסר ותני הכי זו היא מצות לא תעשה שבנדה שחייבין עליה היה משמש עם הטהורה ואמרה לו נטמאתי ופירש מיד חייב זו היא מצות עשה שבנדה כו'
