ומשני התם אשר חטא והביא אמר רחמנא חטא כל שהוא הכא מכדי כתיב (ויקרא ה, ב) בכל דבר טמא או בנבלת שרץ טמא למה לי שמע מינה בעינן עד דידע אי בשרץ איטמי אי בנבלה איטמי
