מכדי מזיד גבי עדות מנא ליה דלא כתיב ביה ונעלם ה"נ לא כתיב ביה ונעלם

Now, he who swears of his own accord in [the case of] testimony - how does R'Simeon know [that he is liable]?<span class="x" onmousemove="('comment',' For Scripture implies only adjuration by others; Lev.
