Commentary for Shevuot 71:14

אמר רבא והוא דאמר לאו לאו תרי זימני והוא דאמר הן הן תרי זימני דכתיב (בראשית ט, יא) ולא יכרת כל בשר עוד ממי המבול ולא יהיה עוד המים למבול ומדלאו תרי זימני הן נמי תרי זימני:

It implies oath, as it is written: And the woman shall say, Amen, amen.<span class="x" onmousemove="('comment',' Num. V, 22; the priest utters the oath, the woman merely responding 'Amen'. Her response is counted as an oath, and the 'bitter waters' test her.');">²¹</span> It implies acceptance of words, as it is written: Cursed be he that confirmeth not the words of this law to do them, and all the people shall say, Amen.<span class="x" onmousemove="('comment',' Deut. XXVII, 26. The people taking upon themselves to fulfil the words of the Law.');">²²</span>
