אי הכי אימא סיפא שתי כסף ופרוטה יש לי בידך אין לך בידי אלא פרוטה חייב אי אמרת בשלמא שוה משום הכי חייב אלא אי אמרת דוקא אמאי חייב מה שטענו לא הודה לו ומה שהודה לו לא טענו
