Did not R'Joseph learn, 'And He will shut up the heaven,<span class="x" onmousemove="('comment',' Deut, XI, 17.');"><sup>3</sup></span> means, in respect of clouds and winds. You say that this verse is in respect of clouds and winds, perhaps it is not so but means in respect of rain?
