הכא ודאי כיון דאיתחזק גברא באיסורי (בכולן) לקי בארבע מלקיות או דלמא אע"ג דאיתחזק באיסורא לא שביק איניש היתירא ועביד איסורא והוי בתרייתא לאחולי הוי
