ב"ש דתנן שלשה אחין שנים מהם נשואין לשתי אחיות ואחד מופנה מת אחד מבעלי אחיות ועשה בה מופנה מאמר ואח"כ מת אחיו השני ב"ש אומרים אשתו עמו והלזו תצא משום אחות אשה
