הניחא למאן דאמר משמש מת בעריות פטור אלא למ"ד חייב מאי איכא למימר אלא פרט למשמש מתה דסד"א [הואיל] לאחר מיתה נמי איקרי שארו אימא ליחייב עלה באשת איש קמ"ל
