אמר רבה ליתנהו להני כללי מכדי מתני' מאן תקין רבי והא בימי דוד אימעוט שני דכתיב (תהלים צ, י) ימי שנותינו בהם שבעים שנה
Rabbah stated in the name of R. Nahman: Three years [must elapse],<span class="x" onmousemove="('comment',' Before the husband must take another wife. The first two days of the new year are a time of prayer on which God remembers the childless women.
