לא ראי זה כראי זה ולא ראי זה כראי זה הצד השוה שבהן שאסורין ואחד זכרים ואחד נקבות אף אני אביא מצרי ומצרית שיהיו אסורין אחד זכרים ואחד נקבות

— [The case of the] bastard<span class="x" onmousemove="('comment',' Cohabitation with whom is not subject to the penalty of kareth, and both males and females are nevertheless equally subject to the prohibition. ');">³²</span> proves it. [But can it not be suggested that the case] of the bastard is different<span class="x" onmousemove="('comment',' I.e., it is more restricted than that of marriage with an Egyptian etc. ');">³³</span>
