מתו אחין ועמדו הן ועשו מאמר בנשותיהן ונתנו גט או חלצו מה שעשו עשו ואם בעלו קנו ואסור לקיימן משום שנאמר (דברים כג, ב) לא יבא פצוע דכא וכרות שפכה בקהל ה' אלמא בקהל עסקינן
