מתקיף לה רב יוסף לרב אילונית לרבי מאיר יהא לה קנס

It was stated: If a person<span class="x" onmousemove="('comment',' The reference is to a female though the masc. gender 'saris' is used. The age of twelve years and one day is applicable to females only.
