אמר רבא כל היכא דהוא מוזהר היא מוזהרת וכל היכא דהוא לא מוזהר היא לא מזדהרא

and then he taught us regarding a negative precept which is applicable to all. But did he not teach<span class="x" onmousemove="('comment',' Lit., 'surely he taught'.
