שאני הכא דמדאורייתא תרומה מעלייתא היא כדרבי אלעאי דא"ר אלעאי מנין לתורם מן הרעה על היפה שתרומתו תרומה דכתיב (במדבר יח, לב) ולא תשאו עליו חטא בהרימכם את חלבו ממנו
