תניא כוותיה דר' יוחנן הורוה ב"ד להנשא והלכה וקלקלה כגון אלמנה לכהן גדול גרושה וחלוצה לכהן הדיוט חייבת בקרבן על כל ביאה וביאה דברי ר' אלעזר

is [to be treated as] an error one can well see the reason why she is to bring an offering.<span class="x" onmousemove="('comment',' Cf. supra note 14, second section.
