ואף ר' אליעזר סבר דטעות הוא דתניא ר' אליעזר אומר יקוב הדין את ההר ותביא חטאת שמינה אי אמרת בשלמא דטעות הוא משום הכי מתיא קרבן אלא אי אמרת דהוראה היא אמאי מתיא קרבן
