ורבי אלעזר אוסר וכן המגרש את היתומה והחזירה מותרת ליבם ורבי אלעזר אוסר קטנה שהשיאה אביה ונתגרשה כיתומה בחיי האב והחזירה דברי הכל אסורה ליבם:
MISHNAH.
