אי בקטנה ניחא ליה דאתיא לכלל דיעה אי בחרשת ניחא דגדולה היא ובת ביאה היא אבל נפלה מאחיו חרש ודאי בחרשת ניחא ליה דבת ביאה היא ובת מיניה היא
