רבי יהודה אומר לא כל וכו': איבעיא להו רבי יהודה בן בבא לקולא פליג או לחומרא פליג
R. JUDAH … SAID: NOT ALL etc. The question was raised: Does R. Judah b. Baba differ [from the first Tanna] in relaxing the law<span class="x" onmousemove="('comment',' While the first Tanna requires the evidence to be based on an examination of the corpse within three days of death, R. Judah allows it, in certain circumstances, even after three days. ');"><sup>5</sup></span> or does he differ from him in imposing a greater restriction?<span class="x" onmousemove="('comment',' Disregarding the evidence under certain conditions even within three days.
