וקמיפלגי בדר' חנינא דאמר רבי חנינא דבר תורה אחד דיני ממונות ואחד דיני נפשות בדרישה וחקירה שנאמר (ויקרא כד, כב) משפט אחד יהיה לכם

— This [is a point in dispute between] Tannaim. For it was taught: Witnesses on matrimonial matters<span class="x" onmousemove="('comment',' I.e., evidence on the death of a husband.
