כנסה ונולד לו אח ואח"כ מת שתיהן פטורות מן החליצה ומן הייבום דברי ר"מ ור' שמעון אומר הואיל ובא ומצאה בהיתר ולא עמדה עליו שעה אחת באיסור מייבם לאיזו מהן שירצה או חולץ לאיזו מהן שירצה
