אמר מר עמד השני לעשות מאמר ביבמתו ולא הספיק לעשות מאמר ביבמתו עד שנולד לו אח ומת ראשונה יוצאה משום אשת אחיו שלא היה בעולמו ושניה או חולצת או מתייבמת מאי עמד ומאי לא הספיק אי עבד עבד ואי לא עבד לא עבד
