במאי קמיפלגי מר סבר מילי דיבמה ממילי דיבמה הוה ליה למילף ומר סבר מילי דקדושין ממילי דקדושין הוה ליה למילף
as the usual betrothal can be effected with the woman's consent only so may the betrothal of a yebamah<span class="x" onmousemove="('comment',' The wife of a deceased brother.
