אמר רב גידל אמר רב אמר קרא (דברים כה, ז) ועלתה יבמתו השערה שאין ת"ל יבמתו מה תלמוד לומר יבמתו יש לך יבמה אחת שעולה לחליצה ואינה עולה לייבום ואיזו זו חייבי לאוין
