מאי קמ"ל סיפא איצטריכא ליה מת ולו אח אחד חולץ לשתיהן היו לו שנים אחד חולץ ואחד מייבם דוקא מיחלץ והדר יבומי אבל יבומי ברישא לא דקא פגע באחות זקוקתו:
