ורב לית ליה האי סברא והאמר רב כל אשה שאין אני קורא בה בשעת נפילה יבמה יבא עליה הרי היא כאשת אח שיש לו בנים ואסורה ה"מ היכא דקאי באפה איסור אחות אשה דאורייתא אבל הכא זיקה דרבנן היא
