ואביי מתרגם אף בתו (באה) מאנוסתו כיון דאשכוחי משכחת לה אי בעיא באונסין תיהוי אי בעיא בנשואין תהוי אבל אשת אחיו שלא היה בעולמו לא כיון דאליבא דר"ש הוא דמשכחת לה אליבא דרבנן לא משכחת לה בפלוגתא לא קמיירי
