א"ל השתא לא עבד בה מאמר כתיב (דברים כה, ה) יבמה יבא עליה בעל כרחה עבד בה מאמר מיבעיא

Glos.) and is subject to a number of restrictions. If his betrothed died he may, unlike one whose married wife died, partake of holy things.
