כיון דקא מצרכת חליצה מידע ידעי דחומרא בעלמא הוא א"ה גירושין נמי ליתני וליצרכה חליצה ומידע ידעי דחומרא בעלמא הוא

— Since she is required to perform <i>halizah</i> it is sufficiently known that it<span class="x" onmousemove="('comment',' The prohibition to take her in levirate marriage.
