מנא הני מילי אמר עולא אמר קרא (ויקרא יז, יא) לכם שלכם יהא דבי רבי שמעון תנא (ויקרא יז, יא) לכפר לכפרה נתתיו ולא למעילה
When [do we know] these things? - 'Ulla said: Scripture said : 'To you'<span class="x" onmousemove="('comment',' Lev. XVII, 11 . I have given it (the blood) to you.');"><sup>3</sup></span> i.e., it belongs to you.
