ולשמואל דאמר פרו פסולה מאי שנא פרו דכתיב אהרן וחוקה פרה נמי הא כתיב אלעזר וחוקה שאני התם דכתיב (במדבר יט, ג) ושחט אותה לפניו שיהא זר שוחט ואלעזר רואה
