ולטעמיך דקתני אמר לו רבי יעקב והלא פר העלם דבר של צבור ושעירי עבודת כוכבים וחגיגה דקרבן צבור ואין דוחין לא את השבת ולא את הטומאה מכלל דאיכא למאן דאמר דיחיד
