Commentary for Zevachim 103:10

אמר רבי עקיבא ומה מי שאין דמו נכנס לפני ולפנים בין לחובה בין למצוה טעון יסוד מי שנכנס דמו חובה לפני ולפנים אינו דין שטעון יסוד
