האי מיבעי ליה לכדר"א דאמר מנין לזובח בהמה למרקוליס שהוא חייב דכתיב ולא יזבחו עוד את זבחיהם אם אינו ענין לכדרכה דכתיב (דברים יב, ל) איכה יעבדו תנהו ענין לשלא כדרכה
