ור' ישמעאל חד למוקטרי פנים שחסרו והעלו בחוץ וחד למוקטרי חוץ שחסרו והעלו בחוץ והא תניא רבי ישמעאל אומר יכול מוקטרי פנים שחסרו והעלו בחוץ חייב ת"ל לעשות אותו על השלם חייב ואינו חייב על החסר
