מתני' הקומץ והלבונה והקטרת ומנחת כהנים ומנחת כהן משיח ומנחת נסכים שהקריב מאחת מהן כזית בחוץ חייב ר"א פוטר עד שיקריב את כולן וכולן שהקריב בפנים ושייר מהן כזית והקריבו בחוץ חייב

While as fo a meal-offering, even if the whole of it is in existence, he must not sprinkle [the blood].
