חייב ר"א אומר אף המנסך מי החג בחג בחוץ חייב רבי נחמיה אומר שירי הדם שהקריבו בחוץ חייב:
HE IS LIABLE. R'ELEAZAR SAID: ALSO HE WHO MAKES A LIBATION OF THE WATER OF THE FESTIVAL, ON THE FESTIVAL, WITHOUT, IS LIABLE.<span class="x" onmousemove="('comment',' Special water libations on the altar were made during the Feast of Tabernacles.
