ר"ע אומר כי תבאו להטעינה נסכים בבמה קטנה הכתוב מדבר

But the Sages maintain: It does require libations.<span class="x" onmousemove="('comment',' R. Eleazar b. R. Simeon agrees with Rabbi that there were no libations at a private bamah, and so we never find them without prior sanctification; the 'first Tanna agrees with the Sages that libations were offered at a private bamah, and these, of course, were not first sanctified.');">⁵</span>
