אלא אסיפא קאי השוחט עוף בפנים והעלה בחוץ פטור שחט בחוץ והעלה בחוץ חייב ואמר ליה ר"ש כי היכי דבפנים לא מיחייב בחוץ נמי לא מיחייב האי כל שאין חייבין מיבעי ליה
